INGREDIANTS:
Soya Chunks 100 Grms
Curd - 4 Tbsp
Red Chili powder - 2 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 0.5 Tsp
Garam masala powder - 2 Tsp
Cumin (Jeera) Powder - 1 Tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Cinnamon, Star anise, Bay leaves.
Chopped onions - 2 nos.
Sliced green chili - 2 nos.
Red Chili powder - 2 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 0.5 Tsp
Coriander powder - 2 Tsp
Tomato puree - 1.5 cup
Water - as required
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves - garnish
Serve with chapati, parotta or rice
