Today Rotterdam saw the very first visit of a Boeing 737 MAX! It was TUI Airlines Belgium who sended OO-MAX in on a promotional flight. TUI will be flying a lot from RTM coming summer and they came to show their new toy to the TUI personal. It was greeted by the airport with a water salute from the airport fire fighters. A hue amount of people had gathered on top of the restaurant for this aircraft! This is my very first catch of a Boeing 737 MAX! Really like the looks of the aircraft, which how ever you put it, is a icon in the aviation industry, being the best sold commercial plane in the world and still sporting the design of the sixties. But offcourse the aircraft has evolved over the years. The MAX has new, quieter, more fuel efficient engines with chevrons, a redesigned cockpit, led lights and new winglets!
