Описание: Simply Masheba, I am a 37 years old woman who started singing at the age of 3. Lead the Stephen's Temple mass choir singing my first song, (Going up Yonder) All I ever wanted to do was sing. At the age of 7 my mother enlisted me at the (Mattie Moss Clark Conservatory of Music) where Dorinda Clark Cole as well as Mattie was my teacher. I began at an early age working with different Artists as well as musicians which allowed me to develop my sharp ear for music. I was never much of an entertainer I just knew I wanted to sing. My Mother and Father Pastor Leroy and Ida Robbins instilled in me early on the importance of being able to sing from your heart and how to really connect with an audience and with the anointing that God had placed on my voice it was clear that Masheba wasn't an ordinary singer. I have 3 daughters of Toledo Ohio, Jazzmine, Carmynn and Gabrielle (Tina) which also share the same passion for music.
I remember the first song I ever wrote was called Cast Your Care's after that followed I miss you (Grandma's song) which is on my current CD. After that the writing never stopped and neither did my passion. I've worked with Dorinda Clark Cole and also sang with the great Kim Burrell as well as sang on my dear friend Reverend Willie Standifer's CD (God will Provide) I've also worked with Mr. Lonnie Shaw and the Gospel Travelers as well as Chris Byrd. I've also worked with producer Monty Smith, everything happens in its own time and I believe this is mine. I am a mother/singer/song writer/artist/wife. I could not have done anything without the tender love, support and skills of my husband Mr. Robert Drake who is also my producer. With all the curve balls that life has thrown me and after everything I lost I'm still here and the devil is mad. I'm not ones of those people who sing but have nothing to say...of course not, God has literally delivered me out the bowels of hell and I got to let the whole world know...So I hope that when you hear my CD you not only hear the music but you feel the life behind the music
