Recipe:
2 oz (60 ml) Appleton Estate Signature Rum
1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
0.75 oz (22 ml) simple syrup
1 fresh kiwi, peeled and chopped
Optional: pinch of salt to enhance flavor
Garnish: Sliced kiwi
Glass: Chilled Nick & Nora
Method: Muddle kiwi, shake with remaining ingredients over ice, and double strain.
