The marker-filled maps on the right side of each slide are created using data from our project. Each marker represents the approximated location of one test result (these are not frequency maps).
The heatmaps on the left of each slide are from https://phylogeographer.com/scripts/h..., developed by Hunter Provyn and Thomas Krahn (YSEQ) and calculated from the geolocated samples of the YFull YTree (v8.10.00).
