In today’s video I show you how I created a nursery set up with all the furniture we need for £90:50. I upcycled nursery furniture from things we already have or that I managed to buy second hand.
Moses basket £10 (second hand Facebook marketplace)
Bookcase (already owned)
Ikea utensil hanging rail (already owned - used to be part of vanity station at old house)
DVD tower (already owned)
Bureau (already owned - used to be in allotment shed)
Wooden shelving unit (already owned - used to be in allotment shed)
White satinwood water based paint (already owned - left over from painting skirting/doors in our old house)
Ikea candle holders rewired to electric lamps (already owned - made these a few years ago as living room lamps)
Ikea bucket (already owned - used to be part of vanity station at old house)
Cardboard packing boxes from moving house (already owned)
Blue felt (already owned - left over from a craft project several years ago)
Herringbone twill tape (already owned)
Glue gun and glue sticks (already owned)
PVA glue (already owned)
Nursery safe paint £16 (Rustoleum satin finish toy safe furniture paint - eBay as B&Q closed)
