A big part of this conversation lives at the intersection of astrology, trauma, and healing, how the nervous system speaks through the chart, and how timing can support recovery instead of pushing productivity. We close with a careful, necessary discussion about ethics: whether, when, and under what circumstances it’s okay to look at the chart of someone who has hurt you, including abusive people, and what responsibility astrologers have when navigating that territory.
