In this video, the D-TRO team of Paul Chandler (DfT Service Owner), John Cooper (DfT Product Owner), Dr Jonathan Harrod Booth (Harrod Booth Consulting) and Dr Gareth Tilley (Stakeholder Engagement Manager, PA Consulting) answer several questions about the D-TRO Service.
The questions are:
1. What types of TROs have to be sent to D-TRO?
2. Do we have to create the legal version of the order digitally and send this to D-TRO?
3. Is the DfT going to check our TROs and become responsible for them?
4. Isn't the DfT effectively forcing TRAs into using one of the current DSPs?
5. Is this for the UK?
6. What's happening to the RTRA 1984? Are you modernising that too?
7. Will the D-TRO Service ever become a complete library of all TROs?
8. Will the Service reject inconsistent or incorrect TROs?
