Breast Cancer is Back - Stage IV

My name is Michelle, I’m 50 years old, and I live in Connecticut, in the Northeastern United States. I started this channel to document my journey with Metastatic Triple Negative Breast Cancer (Invasive Ductal Carcinoma). I am using both conventional and holistic treatments and supplements, as well as a keto / carnivore diet. During the course of chemotherapy & immunotherapy, I developed Central Adrenal Insufficiency as a side effect of Keytruda. This means I will be steroid-dependent for the rest of my life. I will continue to document my journey moving toward wellness, removing as many toxins as I can, and rebuilding my body as a survivor/thriver. Hopefully, what I share is helpful to someone else.

Before I found my cancer, I had started a Carnivore/Ketovore diet in October of 2022. In a very short time, I found many long-term health issues were improving or completely resolved, including chronic joint and muscle pain, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, chronic Lyme Disease, GI issues including diverticulitis and IBS, GERD (cut Rx meds in half twice), brain fog, I had lost 20+ lbs and changed my body composition, and I felt better than I had felt since my 20s!

I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer and Behavior Consultant (refinedcanine.com), a hockey mom, a lightworker, and now a breast cancer & adrenal disease warrior.
