Video filmed by Dr. Kevin Klauer, American Osteopathic Association CEO, Monday, September 30, shows the moment when a truck spinning out of control was intercepted by a push-back tug driven by ramp instructor Jorge Manalang, at O'Hare International Airport, in Chicago. Because of Manalang’s quick reaction, no injuries were reported.
American Airlines confirmed the vehicle was parked by the Embraer ERJ-140 aircraft and was loading beverages for the outbound flight, when a case of water slipped onto the gas pedal and sent the cart spinning wildly in reverse. (Reuters)
