These are the neighborhoods I would consider…
• Bluewater: luxury, lakefront homes just outside of the Omaha metro on nearly 250 acres of water
• Aspen Creek: a tight-knit community in Gretna with an elementary, middle and high school all within walking distance
• Blue Sage: one of Elkhorn’s most desirable neighborhoods known for their tree-lined streets and walking distance to the elementary school
• Leawood: a Westside neighborhood known for spacious homes on large lots and adjacent to Rockbrook Village
• Aksarben: a midtown neighborhood full of cozy, older homes and home to Aksarben Village full of shopping, restaurants and night life.
P.S did you know Aksarben is Nebraska spelled backwards? 😉
