(4) the establishment of an injury reparations fund, and a common law justice system to deliberate immediate relief for the people, through payments, authorized from the bank accounts where trust funds are already deposited.

However, the criminal court act 200, holds specific elements:
1. the perpetrator killed or caused the death of one or more persons: the implementation of lethal technologies with foreign direct investment and through destitution.
2. such person or persons belonged to a particular national, ethnical, racial or religious group: the superior jurisdiction of all men and women has been denied. because corporations cannot deal with living people, we have been mis-represented as corporate entities ourselves in order for corporations to coerce us into the burden of debts, undisclosed contracts and illegal fund-raising for war.
men and women have been prevented from meaningful influence, decision-making, spending power, ability to regulate, protect their own property and families or even communicate non-consent.
3. the perpetrator intended to destroy, in whole or in part, that national group, as such, through proven food fraud, knowingly selling our resources and assets; enslaving and turning all offices against us for mercenary objectives.
4. the conduct took place ‘in the context of a manifest pattern of similar conduct.

the people have the authority and grounds to abolish these corporate institutions and I herby lodge instruction to do so, including governments, military, corporations, banks and courts.
i declare the superiority of our jurisdiction over corporations and over our employees in public service, (which is what politicians really are) and require the release from debt and acquittal of all mankind, for all their debts have been prepaid.
