Ingredients for 12 cupcakes:
Flour: 280g (2 cups)
Cocoa powder: 20g (1/4) cup
Baking powder: 12g (3 teaspoons)
Sugar: 150g (2/3) cup
Milk: 110g (1/2) cup
Oil: 150g (2/3) cup
Eggs: 2
Vanilla: (1/2) teaspoon
Cream: 30g (2 tablespoons)

Temperature 175F
