Plura cave, Norway, a very popular diving site among experienced cave divers. The waters are ice cold, but the views are stunning. In 2014, an horrible incident happened to a group of five Finnish divers while traversing the Plura cave system. Stay till the end to find out what happened to them!

On February 6, 2014, a group of five divers planned to traverse the Plura cave system. The five divers were: Kai Kankanen, 46-years-old, Patrik Gronqvist, a 42-years-old, Jari Huotarinen, a 40-years-old, Vesa Rantanen, a 33-years-old and Jari U., a 34-year-old mechanical engineer from Espoo. All divers were experienced technical divers, with CCR Full Cave Dive certification. Four of the divers except Jari U. have dived in the Plura cave in the past, so they weren't new to the cave. But Jari U. has also dived several times into the quarries and caves of Finland and other places.
