Hydraulic grouting pumps are hydraulically driven, and their core features include high pressure, adjustable flow rate, stable operation, and strong adaptability. They are suitable for single/dual-liquid and chemical grouts, and are widely used in soil and rock reinforcement, waterproofing, and leak sealing projects. The following are their detailed features:
1.High pressure and stable, strong thrust: The rated working pressure can usually reach 10–32MPa or even higher, which can overcome the resistance of rock fractures to achieve deep grouting; the hydraulic drive outputs large thrust and small pulsation, and the grout delivery is continuous and uniform, ensuring the grouting quality.
2.Stepless adjustment, precise control: Flow rate and pressure can be steplessly adjusted to adapt to different slurry concentrations, crack sizes and engineering requirements; some models are equipped with pressure closed-loop control and automatic pressure holding, which can automatically adjust the output according to the preset pressure to avoid the risk of overpressure.
3.Wide adaptability and flexible functions: It can inject single-component grout (cement grout), two-component grout (cement-water glass) and chemical grout; the two-component model comes with a special mixing device, which can accurately control the two-component ratio to meet the needs of special working conditions such as rapid solidification.
4.Reliable operation and continuous work: The hydraulic system is mature, with a modular design and durable key components (such as seals and suction/discharge valves); some models are equipped with hydraulic accumulators and coolers, enabling long-term continuous operation and reducing downtime due to malfunctions.
