Winter in New England has always been my time for reflection, rest, and planning. If I don't choose to create these slow moments, life will just speed by. Being in the kitchen is enough to keep me happy on this cold winter day; I’m spending time in our cozy kitchen, and I found myself finally choosing to slow down and enjoy some very simple homemaking moments.
In this video, I’m making a cozy meal, trying zucchini chips (and still need to make them again), checking on winter bulbs, and bringing small touches of warmth and beauty into the house while snow and colder days are ahead.
