Recipe:
Butter Flora Plant based 200 grams
Coconut Sugar 200 grams
All purpose Flour 200 grams
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
8 inch baking tin, I would recommend you use a 6 inch tin instead.
Bake at 120-130 degrees celsius ( In between Gas mark 1-2 or 248 fahrenheit ) until you poke a toothpick in and it is clear not sticky. Bake on the bottom shelf of your oven to prevent burning at the top and fast cooking on the outside before the inside. This allows the cake to bake evenly.
Always wash your hands before, after and during.
