Описание: This is my home gym. These mats can be used for Jujitsu, Judo, Wrestling, Weight Lifting/Gym equipments. These mats are very affordable, more so than traditional martial arts mats. I purchased 4 packs of these so it covered 96 sq ft, costing under $100 (before tax, free shipping site to store from Walmart). I recommend these as they are thick and soft enough for throws and weights. I performed side and back falls and they are adequate for my weight of 165lbs. The only downside is the smell. I'm hoping they disappear in a few days.
