In a post shared on his official X account, His Highness wrote:
“We congratulate our wise leadership and beloved nation on the graduation of the ‘Leaders of Resilience’ 2025 cohort from Rabdan Academy, where 233 male and female graduates, both in uniform and civilian, have joined the journey of excellence after completing seven advanced programs designed to equip them with the finest knowledge and applied skills, enabling them to assume leadership roles, confront present challenges, and shape future visions.”

His Highness added that this distinguished group of graduates represents “a unique addition to the national system of safety, security, defence, emergency preparedness, and crisis management, embodying the leadership’s dedication to investing in people as the nation’s greatest wealth and the highest foundation of progress.”

He further congratulated the graduates and their families from the UAE and friendly nations on this proud achievement, praying for their continued success and emphasizing that the UAE will always remain a global model of security, stability, and development.
