When an ultimate becomes a spamable!

Описание: The Elder Scrolls Online High Isle Chapter is now on the Public Test Server for all to test/play/enjoy during it's finaly building stages if you have access to ESO on PC!

Of course as you know doing this for a full time job means i will be spending countless hours on that server. But what do i do there? While most of it is kept under wraps for specific live streams and Patreon perks (behind the scenes stuff) of COURSE i will be sharing SOME of the journey publicly.

This video is about the current changes LIVE setting that will allow for DOUBLE ultimate regen on any class allowing your ultimate to almost be a spamable! Also underlining a VERY important change to one of the Necromancer skills!
