Trading Style:
At Stocks Rocks, we specialize in Gap-and-Go and MOMO (momentum) based strategies. Our custom setting scanners are designed to identify low-cost, small-cap stocks.
Before the market opens, we assess stocks listed on the Gapper Scanner by evaluating share float, news catalysts, support and resistance levels, and relative volume. Based on this analysis, we decide what stocks to trade and which day trading strategy to use. During the morning trading session, we adjust our approach based on volatility, volume, and momentum changes. As we prefer to trade stocks in the $2 to $25 price range, little capital is needed and larger share sizes can be traded.

Pre-market High Buy
This strategy involves identifying a rally before the market opens, analyzing the peak of the trade, and executing a buy as soon as trading begins.

Bull Flag
Bull Flags are a beloved trading strategy, especially for low float stocks. We will demonstrate how to trade them using 1-minute and 5-minute charts and provide insight into safe entry techniques using 9EMA, 200EMA, or VWAP.

ABCD Breakout
The ABCD Breakout strategy aims to capitalize on market movement by anticipating its direction and executing trades to maximize potential returns while minimizing potential losses.

Halts
While risky, trading halts is a favorite strategy. We will guide you on how to make significant profits through halts, but with caution regarding the high risk involved. The ideal halt setup involves the stock being halted up, having good volume, and positive news, with a halt lasting more than 5 minutes being even better.

Sudden Dip Buy
The Sudden Dip Buy strategy involves taking advantage of volatile security prices that have declined rapidly. We particularly like to buy sudden dips with good support, such as 200 EMA, VWAP, Whole Dollar, and Half Dollar.

VWAP
The Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) indicator is useful for day traders and those who trade volatile stocks. It can be used to determine support and resistance levels, providing entry signals for traders.

Flat Top Breakouts
The Flat Top Breakout strategy involves anticipating a price move through a significant level, with the key being to watch for market-confirming trendlines.

Red to Green
The Red to Green method is a quick action strategy executed right after the market opens. We will provide a detailed explanation on how to apply it.

Half Dollar & Whole Dollar
Trading at Half Dollar and Whole Dollar levels can result in substantial profits due to the momentum and support/resistance these levels provide. Keep in mind, however, that there are no guarantees in the stock market.
