This is how I help agents stay intentional, focused, and on pace to build a business that supports the life they actually want to live.
The 411 breaks goals down into four categories:
• Business
• Financial
• Personal
• Growth / Leadership
From there, we reverse engineer:
Yearly goals → Monthly focus → Weekly activities
And here’s the key:
We only plan one week at a time.
Because life happens. Deals fall apart. Things shift. The 411 allows flexibility without losing direction.
In this video, I walk through a real example:
Agent Goal:
• $200,000 GCI
• 50 units
• Work less than 50 hours per week
• Build a consistent morning routine
Then we break it down into:
✔️ Monthly unit targets
✔️ Weekly contact goals
✔️ Listing & buyer appointments needed
✔️ Social media strategy implementation
✔️ Delegate & Elevate exercise
✔️ Personal development plan (The Miracle Morning)
The goal is NOT to fill every box.
White space is okay.
We focus on the most important activities that move the needle — the ones that impact multiple goals at once.
This tool prevents overwhelm.
It creates clarity.
It keeps agents accountable to:
• Their income
• Their time
• Their growth
• Their life
