Spectrum (The New Time Warner) Caught Charging 2 Accounts Off Of One Line Stealing $$$ From Customer

Описание: Maybe you should hire a 2nd opinion to check the quality of your internet, digital phone or high speed internet/service and/or provider??? Don't wait 6 months like we did, only to be lied to and cheated. The garage has a separate person living there with their own service account with the same provider. In this case, Spectrum, the "new Time Warner Cable". As a former TWC technician, I was sad to discover such a shameful act of stealing hard earned American dollars, from loyal paying customers and residents of the community. After 6 months of intermittent internet issues, and a trouble call (by apt. only), I decided to take a closer look myself only to discover not only was our service installed incorrectly, but that another paying customer was using signal from the same drop as us. It literally comes out of our (mangled) house box, into our crawl space, around the back and into their place. So, the ISP has been charging them AND us while using only 1 line of service claiming each of us has our own "dedicated" line. How long have we been charged for something mis-leading like this??? Or You?
