Krish Kishore started his entrepreneurial journey at 14 with CartupIndia, an e-commerce aggregator built to empower local small sellers. He later founded TryMania, a tech recruitment firm that managed over $1.2M in hiring mandates and built strong talent pipelines for startups backed by Y Combinator and Shark Tank.
He then joined LanguifyAI, a Titan Capital-backed edtech startup, as a Founding Team Member, working closely with universities and scaling early institutional partnerships.
Today, Krish is building OnCampus — a unified campus hiring network designed to bridge the opportunity gap in Indian placements. The platform connects universities, students, and employers into a single structured system, aiming to make hiring skill-based rather than college-based.
His work and vision have earned him global recognition, including selection as a delegate at the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR), Great Indian Startups Award 2023.
