Thanksgiving DUI Won by DUI Defense Lawyers Case Reduced to a Traffic Ticket

Our client Kendall was driving down I95 in South Florida when she suddenly crashed into a concrete barrier. When the police arrived on the scene, they immediately began to conduct a DUI investigation on her.

The police mishandled their DUI investigation and did not have any footage of Kendall completing field sobriety tests. When they administered the breath test to her, she blew 2.5x the legal limit.

Neither the officers nor prosecutors were able to place Kendall behind the wheel of the car because no one witnessed her driving.
