(I grab this big bottle and just refill a generic empty nail polish bottle... and also you can add loose glitter for fun to make your latex pretty lol - and I've also found that it keeps it from getting gloopy :O)

OPI Glitter Off Base Coat (I don't have a link, I buy it at a local store, but maybe try eBay :)
