How to Get Back LOST SEQUENCE Files in Premiere Pro

Описание: Now let's say you're editing and you accidentally deleted one of your sequences and it happened some minutes before and you can't use ctrl + z to restore it.
How can we bring back that lost sequence?
Premiere pro automatically saves your project every few minutes.
Just go to file and click import.
In the popup window, go to where you saved your project, and there is a folder named adobe premiere pro auto save.
Open this project, and use date modified to arrange the files based on last modified date.
Then select the first file in this list.
Now in the popup, click on import selected sequences, and click ok.
Now in this popup, select all your sequences that are lost and click ok, I just had this one sequence.
Now the sequence and all clips in that, are brough back to the project, and we can use them.
