This is the eighteenth video in my '"An Inspector Calls" GCSE English Literature Revision' series! In this video, I discuss how dramatic irony features across the play. I go over a few things, including discussing what dramatic irony actually is, what it might tell us about Mr Birling, Inspector Goole, or the characters more generally, and also why Priestley might have used this device in the way that he did!
As ever, I complete quite a bit of verbal analysis in this video, so much sure that you're listening and that you have a pen and paper to hand!
