Описание: A Russian-flagged tanker in the Black Sea has reported being attacked off the Turkish coast, the third such vessel to have been targeted within a week. The Midvolga-2 was hit about 130km from land, days after Ukraine struck two other Russian vessels Kyiv says are part of Moscow’s “shadow fleet” used to skirt sanctions. Turkiye has warned that such attacks threaten navigational safety and risk escalating the conflict.
