Some very nice Hitachi lifts, with very fast acceleration. The second lift shown here doesn't accelerate as fast due to a shorter travel height, but its still nice. The first two lifts shown in this video had new ceilings slapped on about 5 years back, just like the other bank of service lifts serving the mall. The previous ceiling was something like the one Sunshine Plaza's fireman lift uses, but the lights inside often do not work. Judging by this, it seems that the mall has no plans to upgrade these anytime soon, and is only doing what is necessary to keep these in a good condition.
