Design

Designed by TunePlus, Inc along with our USA based manufacturer. We use the highest quality Titanium available along with a few TiCON Industry components. The goal of this system is to give the Fiesta ST a unique sound, look, and save as much weight as possible. If you have never heard a vehicle with a titanium exhaust, you are in for a shock. It completely changes the tone of the vehicle to be extremely deep.

Full 2.50" construction from the factory downpipe connection. If you opt for a muffler there will be a 2.50" in/out titanium muffler located at the rear just behind the rear bumper on the car. Outlet at rear is a 3.00" pie-cut turn down to reduce noise output, in cabin drone, and to keep carbon from building up on the back of your vehicle.

Weight

Target weight of the final production unit was 9lbs total without muffler and 11lbs with muffler. We came in under our goal with 8lbs total without muffler and 10.25lbs total WITH muffler.

This brings the total weight savings from stock at 77.1% or 27lbs for the no-muffler configuration and 70.49% or 24.5lbs for the catback with a muffler. Just imagine being able to hold your entire catback in the air with 2 fingers.

Cost

Yes, we know the exhaust is pricey. This is because titanium raw material by itself is VERY costly, additionally you cannot mandrel bend a tight radium in thick wall titanium so every single bend needs to be pie-cut. If you look at our pictures you can see how many pie cuts were needed, taking about 20-30 minutes to make each pie cut fit perfectly to make a smooth radius. On top of that welding titanium is much harder than welding stainless or mild steel. All of this factors into the price, and in the end if you are after an AWESOME sound and the lightest possible exhaust, it is well worth the price. Plus, the looks, ooooh! So Sweet...

Cobb Exhaust Hangers

We have added the drop down option to include Cobb Exhaust hangers with your order. If you already have them on your vehicle please select "NO" on the drop down. However if you do not, we highly recommend you add them because the factory exhaust hangers are VERY soft and can mover around a lot making it possible to cause interference with the bumper or cross-members.
