Описание: Russia claims Ukraine launched a massive aerial attack on Sevastopol in Crimea, causing a fire at a non-civilian facility. Nearly 10 explosions were heard in Sevastopol on September 13 and several targets were reportedly shot down midair. Meanwhile, Russian President Putin and North Korea’s Kim Jong-Un meet at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in Russia’s remote region of Amur. Putin hinted that Russia could help Pyongyang build satellites as he met the North Korean leader. Putin and Kim also toured sites of the Angara and Soyuz-2 space launch vehicles at Russia's Vostochny spaceport.
