Ventilation
Special structure consisting of EPS granules and special foils generates ventilation so that the moisture can evaporate. This ensures, that mold formation under the floor is prevented.

Sound features
Tuplex underlay meets the latest requirements for impact sound isolation. it also prvides a deep and rich solid sound in the room.

Compressibility
Tuplex holds in its shape well under the load corresponding 600kg/m2. During the seven day test period Tuplex lost only 4% of its thickness.

100% synthetic materials
Synthetic materials are more stable and less likely to deteriorate than natural fibres. These stabilized materials require no chemical additives. The fewer chemicals introduced to your home environment the better.

Ideal with floor heating
Tuplex has a low thermal resistance which makes it ideal to use with a floor heating system.

Levels the sub-floor
Only Tuplex underlay has a consistency that forms itself to the sub-floor. It eliminates slight variations and provides even and firm supprot to the flooring. Variations in a sub-floor surface can cause movement where the boards of floating flooring are joined together. Movement weakens the joints which may led to squeaking floors and possible separation of the board.
