Sometimes little tweaks like this can mean a small investment now to save a lot more cost in the future. At MetroPCS, they are switching to a new account management system that will cut the time it takes to process a transaction in half which means that now double the number of customers can be helped in the same amount of time which will increase productivity and sales. Ultimately a budget is necessary to keep an efficient level of operation.
