Easy Beefy Vegetable Soup Recipe:
1-1/2 lbs stewed beef or beef of choice, cut
1 medium onion, diced
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 celery stalk, cut into pieces
2 carrots, cut up into bite size pieces
2 russet potatoes, peeled, cut into pieces
1-15.25 oz can whole kernel corn
1-14.5 is can green beans
1 can diced tomatoes
6 beef bouillon cubes
6 cups water
3 cups V8 juice or tomato juice
1-1/2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
Salt n pepper to taste
