I recommend using 1mm thick x 15mm wide Copper Strip, you will need 13 meters long solid strip, weight 1.4kG (3lb). You will end up with 3.3″ I.D. (84mm) and 6.2″ O.D. (158mm) Coil. To make it easier – use Coil Spool winder to wind your Coil. Use epoxy between layers
