【最後に】
『獄彩』は、適当なプロンプトでランダムに生成されたAIイラストから着想を得て生まれました。
そのビジュアルから「地獄と極楽」を思わせる世界観を感じ取り、
創作における喜びと苦しみ、満ち足りた万能感と底知れぬ不足感の落差こそが、
まさに“地獄と極楽”のようだと実感したことがテーマ決定の決め手です。
「芸術を極めようともがく者の物語」の象徴がAIであるという皮肉は、
作り手としても複雑に感じるところではあります。
それでも、あのイラストが確かにこの曲の原点であったため、
迷いましたが、MVに使用することを選びました。
【Finally】
The inspiration for “Gokusai” came from an AI illustration randomly generated at the appropriate prompt.
The visuals reminded me of the world of “hell and paradise,” and the
joys and pains of creation, the gap between a sense of fulfillment and an unfathomable sense of lack, and the
realization that it is just like “hell and paradise” were the deciding factors in my decision for the theme.
The irony that the symbol of “the story of a man struggling to master art” is AI is something that
the creator feels complicated.
Nevertheless, that illustration was certainly the starting point of the song, so we chose to use it in the music video, despite our hesitation.
