Oprah Winfrey did follow the legacy and spent a huge fortune in real estate and the most famous and luxurious of it all is the Monetico mansion. Oprah Winfrey purchased the extravagant 42-acre estate for $50 million in 2001. At present, its worth is estimated to be around $88 million - $90 million. In 2016, the media mogul purchased an adjacent parcel of land of 23.26 acres known as Seamair Farm. Then worth $28.85 million property she picked had a ranch-style house, top-of-the-line horse stables, a spacious pool to calm your nerves, an equestrian ring, a caretaker's cabin, and a soothing avocado and fruit orchards. The property on the other side of the land was put on the real estate market in 2016 following the demise of the owner. Although it was taken off later, it was again put up on the market in October 2017. This time it came with a price tag of $45 million. We are not quite sure whether Oprah bought the place. All told, it looks like she really did purchase it. The speculation is yet to be confirmed.
