The griddles are available in a steel plate and in a cast iron version too.
The steel plate griddles offer faster heat up times, greater evenness of temperature and is easier to clean. There are two different size options: a 525 by 330mm cooking area, or an extra wide version with a cooking area of 738 by 330mm.
The cast iron versions are extremely durable and have great heat retention. It’s available in two size variants: a 385 by 280mm cooking area, or a larger version of 380 by 385mm. So, there’s plenty of space to keep up with spikes in demand.
A front-mounted temperature control dial provides accurate temperature regulation with a range from 97°C to 298°C.
The extra wide steel plate griddle has two independently controlled temperature zones giving you ultimate cooking flexibility.
Cleaning and maintenance is easy thanks to the front grease collection drawer with a built-in grease channel.
The griddles comes in a sleek stainless-steel design with long-lasting, heavy-duty elements that’s made for everyday commercial use. The non-slip rubberised feet provide stability and safety.
All machines operate in plug and play mode and come with a 2-year warranty.
