Hey there! I'm Aitana, a polar guide spending half of the year on a ship in Antarctica and the Arctic. Between expeditions, I create content to inspire people elevate their performance—especially in wealth, health, and personal projects.

My journey began as a researcher in physical oceanography, leading expeditions and managing scientific projects before trading the lab for life on the ice to pursue exploration and personal growth. I'm passionate about self-development and coaching. While in the polar regions, I document my adventures through short-form videos.

When I'm on land, I share the highs and lows of polar life along with practical strategies for building a high-performance mindset. I also host a podcast, Swimming the Strait, where I dive into the performance mindset by interviewing everyday people accomplishing extraordinary things.
