I filed claims for asthma, cervical neck strain, headaches and PTSD due to MST. These were all denied despite having buddy letters and notes from my private primary doctors. What should I do to refile these claims and at least get C&P exam? I have notes from neurosurgeon and pain doctor for my neck but of course neither one of those state that my issues were caused by being a combat medic in Army. I am service connected for allergic rhinitis and my asthma is exacerbated by my allergies and exercise. Only have a buddy letter from my roommate while on active duty who witnessed the harassment from the person who sexually assaulted me. He was a older NCO I worked with.....did get transferred to ER as to not have to work with him.

I visited you on June 22, 2023 for VA and SSDI Nexus and evaluations. I recently received a decision letter for 3 of my VA items or Sleep Apnea, Asthma, and Gerd with stricture all denied. VA states my nexus fails to provide a sufficient rationale to conclusion. How can I get these looked at and the statement tweaked to resubmit?

I have one condition that was not service connected from a 1990 claim. My knees. The rater said that the evidence did not show left knee pain. After receiving my C file, I found both left and right knee pain as well as shin splints and tibia strain. Is this a good case for a cue claim on a supplemental form? I am also the person who asked the question about club feet and back issues.

My employer is telling me to not file my first CA-7 form until the 45 day of COP has ended. CFR 20 10.111 States i should file after recieving the CA-7. Now the OWCP adjuster called and stated i cannot keep submitting my form. This was denied due to employer has not confirmed "leave without pay status" and "unable to verify future dates".
The CA-20 form states i was under doctors care until 10\21/23.
I am at my wits ends they are both violating the FECA ACT.
