David Doan
VP of Emerging Talent at CESD Talent Agency in NYC
(Agent) is a Theatrical Agent in New York City at CESD, a bi-coastal full service talent agency. David books actors of all ages on TV, film, and theater and has been working in the business for over 15 years. Previously, he was an Agent and the Head of the Theatrical Department at Generation TV, a Talent Manager at J. Mitchell Management, and a Casting Director at Nickelodeon where he helped cast pilots including VICTORiOUS and Big Time Rush. He was nominated for a 2012 Daytime Emmy Award for casting Nick Jr.’s Bubble Guppies. He has the unique perspective of having worked as a Talent Manager, a Casting Director, and now as an Agent all within the youth market. His specialty over the years has been discovering young and breakout talent, and his clients are seen all over Broadway, on TV, and in film. His advice to young actors is, “Keep training! Continue to take classes and get as much experience as you can, whether it is school or community theater or student films.”


Rachel Resheff (born 4 June 2000) is an American actress and singer who provided the voices to some children in the American dub of Chuggington. She also provides roles in The Electric Company, Orange is the New Black and Friends from College.
