Chicken bhuna or bry bhuna chicken masala depending on what you call, is a dry curry, which means the masala clings onto the chicken
Ingredients
500 gm chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
50 gm curd
2 tbsp butter
1 onion
4-5 green chilli
6-7  cashew nut
1 tsp Kasuri Meethi
Full hand fresh coriander
3 tbsp oil
1/2 onion chopped
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
Salt according to taste
Fresh coriander
