Paddle Board Camping - Sechelt Inlet, BC (Sept 2023)

Departing from Vancouver, we drove for 30 minutes to Horseshoe Bay and took a 45 minute ferry to Langdale. From there, It's another 30 minute drive to Sechelt, BC. Ten minutes north of Sechelt, Tuwanek Point is located on the southwest shore of Sechelt Inlet. We parked, upacked our gear and departed on SUPs with trailer and camping gear in tow. Two nights of camping at Tunawek Beach, we explored the southeast shorline of the Sechelt Inlet. We stopped to check out Oyster Beach, Nine Mile Beach and the beginning of Salmon Inlet. The video and audio were captured using two, Go Pro Hero 9's.

Three days of spectacular scenery, surrounded by calm water, warm enough to swim comfortably. Lots of ocean life including starfish, sea cucumbers, urchins, harbour seals, clams, oysters, crab, a moon snail and a Humpback Whale!
