Save this workout for your next lower body session. 👇
THE ROUTINE: 1️⃣ Barbell Squat: 3 sets x 6-8 reps - The King of Leg exercises (Go Heavy!) 2️⃣ Leg Extensions: 3 sets x 12-15 reps - Focus on the squeeze at the top 3️⃣ Hamstring Curls: 3 sets x 10-12 reps - Control the negative (slow way down) 4️⃣ Calf Raises: 4 sets x 15-20 reps - Don't neglect the calves!
💡 Form Tip: On the squats, make sure you hit proper depth (parallel or lower) for maximum growth!
