DIY Non-Toxic Cleaner:
100 ml water
100 ml white vinegar
5 drops essential oil

This is just a 1:1 ratio, so for example, if you wanted to make a litre of this cleaner, it would be 500ml water and 500 ml white vinegar, and about 15-20 drops of essential oil (depending on how strong you want the fragrance to be).
