This is sort of related still to AEHCA's event from a few weeks back (Rui is pretty late with that post now), at least in the sense of where we filmed.
We've been in love with BlackFencer's diestro rapier to the point where our dear friend Ion wanted to take it for a few sparring sessions. Of course we indulged and that's where the idea for this video and the next one come from (more on the next one in due time).
Rui still hasn't reviewed the sword yet but at least we figured we'd gather more input from someone who does more than just italian rapier to also help build that review up.
We hope you'll enjoy the video and we'll be uploading the next part in the coming days. We still have one more sparring bout to showcase so stay tuned for that one as well.
