A slow winter morning walk through Ruissalo, Turku, leading toward the sea at Kuuvannokka Viewpoint.
The night before, fresh snow had fallen. I was the first to walk through the forest that morning, leaving the only footprints in the untouched white silence. The snow softened every sound. The air felt still, almost sacred. It was deeply calming and quietly beautiful.
As I reached the coastal cliffs, the wind grew stronger. The natural audio became unusable, so I replaced it with my own music: Sub Tecto Caeli by RA-UL. The piece blends gentle ambient textures with field recordings from Ounasvaara forest, creating a space that feels sheltered and open at the same time.
