This Yoga Nidra practice is an invitation to rest deeply while remaining gently aware. Often called “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra guides you into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body can fully relax and the mind can soften and reset. 🌙
There’s nothing to do and nowhere to go - just an opportunity to release tension, calm the nervous system, and allow deep rest to unfold naturally.
This practice is suitable for all levels and can be especially supportive if you’re feeling stressed, fatigued, overstimulated, or having trouble winding down. Feel free to use a few pillows to make yourself as comfortable as possible.
