Описание: Clean & Easy Fish Fillets!! This is a different way to fillet a fish and works for most fish including pike, whitefish, walleye, pickerel, salmon, etc. You can also make the fillets boneless but these have the lateral bones left in. Simple cut along each side of the lateral bones or pull the bones out with pliers. I use surgical pliers on salmon fillets and it works great.
